Small Red Zippered Dress

This little red dress is 97 percent cotton and 3 percent spandex so it has a little stretch to it. It's got a zipper down the front with a ring/circular pull tab, that adds a little Y2K style moment! Could be styled many ways. From the upper strap, to the bottom it is 29 inches.
