Small Red Ruffle Skirt

Adorable red mini skirt with ruffle around the bottom and wrap detail. The skirt has an elastic waistband in the back, so it is sewn in place and won’t come undone. Size small, in excellent used condition, could just use some ironing :) Let me know if you have any questions!
