heidiscloset @carolinabaptist hi - I just got the bag and it’s not a small or mini. It’s a MICRO! It’s a cute bag, but definitely not what you told me it was or what I paid for. I was looking forward to the mini. I already have another mini in pink and I love it, so I was extremely let down today. When selling authentic items like this you really need to be sure because this can really ruin someone’s experience. I’m very sad.

heidiscloset @carolinabaptist hi thanks for the quick reply. It’s definitely a micro. I have lots of Prada bags. I can send you a side-by-side photo of my mini and this micro next to each other. I measured the bag with a tape measure and it matched the exact measurements of the official Prada bag MICRO. I understand you were unaware, but I guess this is why I asked for measurements to be sure.

heidiscloset This has happened to before and Poshmark would not take the bag back and kept saying, “bag us authentic” and closed the case on me. I had to go through a rigorous process with my card company. It took months to win the case and pay out of pocket for verified signature from their HQ and they still denied ever receiving the goods back … but good thing I paid to have that signature for return. It was a lot.

carolinabaptist @heidiscloset I own a lot of luxury items, and as I mentioned, I purchased the bag at an outlet. They didn’t have a micro size in-store—only three sizes were available. As I said, feel free to go ahead and ship it back. The price you paid for it is less than half of what I paid, so I don’t mind receiving it back. It seems like this kind of situation happens to you often,

carolinabaptist @heidiscloset so my best advice would be to avoid Poshmark, especially if you’ve already had such a negative experience. If I had gone through what you're experiencing, I definitely wouldn’t purchase from there again. That’s why I always buy my luxury bags directly from the stores—I want to be sure of what I’m buying.
