Small Pitcher or Vase - One Handle, Decorated including Raised Flowers. This is either a vase or a really small pitcher. It looks to be completely decorative with little or no utilitarian value. On the front of the vase is a number of flowers in various colors. All of these flowers have a textural feel, in other words, they're not just painted on but have height to them. It's very colorful. The back is more disappointing. The textural aspects are there with additional flowers. However, it's not painted other than some green coloring around the edges of the various flowers. It feels very much unfinished. However, it's probably meant to be put on a shelf as a decoration. With the colored side out, it'd make a handsome piece. The overall look of the vase would make it vintage. However, based on the feel and the fact that it's not complete painted, I'd make it a more current piece.
