She had a sore front foot a few years ago that was bandaged and to keep her from biting off the bandage, I bought these socks. I put it on and she immediately shook it off (I didn't try with the velcro strap but she clearly did not want to wear this so I didn't bother with it). One sock in the package was worn for two seconds (per above). The other 3 have never been taken out of the. package. All are in perfectly new condition, I would think these would fit a small dog like a mini dachshund or chihuahua or an adult cat. Measurement chart is pictured so I would recommend measuring your dog/cat before purchasing this size SMALL.
