Small Maya Skirt by Talina Hermann (Metal / Silver) • Luxury Los Angeles Design Extremely rare - no longer in production. High-end designer from Los Angeles/Santa Barbara/Montecito. Never worn; however the tag is half-way off (came like that). Absolutely love this, but it never fit me. SIZING - the waistband, when laid flat is 13 inches across and does not really stretch.
