Small Dog Harness Size Small

This dog harness is labeled a size small. My dog wore this for a few weeks when he was a puppy. I have washed it. I tried to show the measurements in the pictures. It Velcros closed on the back and then also hooks closed. There is a pair of hoops to attach the leash and two reflective strips in the back as well. This does show some wear but still in good condition comes from my smoke free home.
