This item is hand painted and is in excellent condition. Please see pictures and video. The video is to show how it looks when it is lit up. I will throw in the cord/bulb that works sporadically. Sometimes it blinks, sometimes it stays on constantly and sometimes it doesn't come on at all. You can use it as-is, replace it or not use one at all. Adorable no matter what!
