Small Bowler Hat (Cov-Ver now Conner)

Genuine black felt genuine bowler hat. It's so cute!! I used to wear it all the time and it's 100% waterproof, too. I just cut my hair and it doesn't look good on me anymore so I'm looking to pass it along! This I've had for many years now but it's in really excellent condition, just a little dusty from being stored. Size Small. Fits me, I'm a small woman.
