Slinky Blue Low Back Dress. Very good used condition. Sleeves are loose fitting and hit just below the elbow. Plunging backline with a brass metal that comes into a heart shaped drop. Bottom half of the dress is a double layered. Scrunchie sides at bottom half of dress and also sides of the sleeves. Very sheer and silky feel. 🎀Bust is roughly 20 inches 🎀Total length is 38 inches
