Sleeveless long blazer or dress

This double-breasted blazer can be worn as a long blazer or vest over a button down shirt and slacks or jeans, open or buttoned. It also looks great as a dress. It can be worn with or without the sash. EUC; wore for an awards ceremony and a few conference talks but not much otherwise. I wear XS or 0 or 00 in J. Crew, which is about a 2 in H&M, so listed both.
