scosenze @szafryk Hi. Armpit to armpit is 22" without stretching. The lining underneath is very stretchy. The top layer is flowy so is measurements are bigger. Make sense? The waist of the top layer lying flat is 28" and the lining is 23" flat (lots of stretch) the bottom width of the lining is 28" and the top layer is 36" Length from back collar is 34" exactly as pictured. I'm going to say it does run big. LMK
