This pretty ruched top is the same front and back and super comfy! 92% cotton, 8% spandex to keep it shapely. Machine wash, line dry or lay flat. The tag says it's Large, but I'd call it more of a S-M. That said, it's real stretchy so it would accommodate many sizes (I'm a S-M and it fit me well.) No visible signs of wear but I've had it for a while but not worn it recently.
