Sleeveless Orange design dress from JC Penney.

Maxi dress with ruffles at the chest . Had it for a year and only worn a couple times because I’m an X-Small . I’d say the dress can fit anyone who first a regular small- medium . I’m 5’2 and the dress was too long so I’d wear it with heels . Great shape, perfect for fall or spring!
