Sleeveless Navy Blue Dress

Pit to pit 21" Length 27" My best guess is that this is a size large - the tag was removed because it was itchy. Purchased from TJMaxx. Features a collar and two low pockets. Buttons go about halfway down the front. Color is dark navy.
