@hightowerpower Hello! The elastic part is throughout, so that definitely stretches, but the sheer doesn’t have stretch to it. (And it’s very sheer, btw). I certainly can’t say for sure, but the top part I’d say yes. Legs have a more narrow fit (but have elastic on two sides).
Not sure this helps, but I’d say it might fit a small 4. Just can’t be sure. We aren’t married to the price on any of our items, so let me know if you want to take a chance and we can work with that.
