Sleek quilted KATE SPADE large bag

I dont know what material this bag is made from. Could be leather or pvc/vinyl. Shiny and sleek large bag with a lot of space. The exterior has a few imperfections which are pictured. The interior lining is a gorgeous red patterned fabric in perfect condition.
