Slate Blue Velvety Swag

I must admit my little iron mannequin is not built like a human! This is a Slate blue colored swag topper that falls a little better on a real person. It is beautiful, feels like velvet meets silk. The back length is 28.5” and it flows downward on the sides to 36”. New without tags, never worn and in excellent condition. These are so cute with lace camis and boots.
