Sky blue smocked body top, size 3X

This sky blue top has an elastic bodice with ruffle bottom trim, a slightly cropped fit, and flirty billowy sleeves with elastic at the wrists. The color is truest in the last photo. The material is a polyester/ spandex blend with great stretch. It measures about 19.5” from underarm to underarm and about 22” in length. It’s new without tags from a boutique. O4
