Sky Blue Skater Skirt

Sky Blue skater skirt w/ small white stripes from Kohls. Has small pen mark on it about 3/4" long. Love this skirt but am selling b/c it's now too short for me. Is marked size medium but feels more like a size small. Measures 14 3/4" long from top of waist to bottom seam when laid flat on ground. Waistband is 12 1/2" wide when laid flat on ground, NOT stretched. In photos, skirt is worn on a woman who is 5'4", wearing 4" heels, with 27" waist and 40 inch hips (widest part of lower body).
