Sky Blue Polka Dot Formal Dress

Cute knee length formal dress. Blue dress with white polka dots. Great for a birthday party, prom, or formal dress. Buttons and zipper on the back. Attached belt. Slight discoloration in the armpits but it has been dry cleaned. Lined skirt gives it added fullness. Very cute! Even works as an Alice in Wonderland costume or Little Red Riding Hood costume.
