This listing is for a wide plastic skull cuff. The design is a transfer with an noticeable seam in the side. It will fit a 8" wrist as shown on the sizer. It is extremely wide, measuring approximately 2". The skull face has roses and wings, with the word peace written twice on both sides. The inside is smooth white.
