Skirts 2 PC Lot ELLE Gray w Black Velvet Polka Dot's & Wide Stripe Knit Pencil

The stripe skirt is XS, the grey polka dots is Small, both Elle Brand. These are very stretchy, elastic waistband pull on style. I wore both of these a few times, the xs just fit slightly snugger but the stretch makes sizing flexible and comfortable too! Excellent Condition. Measurements are included in my pictures. Questions?
