Fabulous skirt and top! Very cute and sassy. The shirt has a side zipper and the skirts fits a perfect size 4. It had several rows of ruffles going at an angle. Super cool design! The top is an extra small but a fitted look as a small too. . A great combo outfit! A hit every time!
