@dspatch I usually wore tights and/or biker shorts under this skirt. It's not very see through since it's a velour type fabric but since there is no lining the natural pucker of the fabric between the buttons can occasionally open a little too wide if the skirt is slightly too small! I'll post some exact measurements soon!
