Skirt and Top Retro Set Blue Polka Dots with Pink Roses

Skirt and Top Set. Blue with white polka dots and pink roses print. Skirt has roses as a border print. Skirt is also box pleated with pockets. Skirt has a zipper and button closure. Skirt is in good used condition. Top is NWT, however there are stains from storage. I’m not sure what caused the staining. Top is a crop top length. It has a sweetheart neckline with gathering at the bust. The fabric is not stretchy. To put on the top, you have to pull it over.
