Any stretch to waistband? 14” seems small for a size 10.

@slv123 yes there is some stretch and the skirt sits on the waist not down on the hips. So all the way around makes the waist about 29-30” plus a bit of stretch.
Online Diane Von Furstenverg says their 10 is 30” waist and 40” hips.
