Skies are blue

I love this dress but it’s too big for me! It says it’s a size xs but it does NOT fit for an xs I’d say it’s a small. It’s a deep V cut & in the photos I show it pinned up & also un pinned. It’s a very beautiful bright red with a zipper in the back, no stains or holes. It’s never been worn because it’s too big and for length reference I am 5’0 and it hits right above my knees
