Definitely not just for Halloween Why I love this necklace: I like to wear this necklace layered with at least one other sugar skull style pendant. For me, it's way more of a rocker vibe. The manufacturer tells me that it is a stainless steel and zinc alloy that is designed to be durable and resist tarnish.
