The USPS website shows that you created a shipping label on 12/14 at 4:37 am- but they say they have never received the package. It says "Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item, WAKE FOREST, NC 27587"- Did you actually mail it and it's lost in the USPS system? Or did you create the label but didn't actually mail it? PLEASE COMMUNICATE! Thank you
