Skechers leggings navy blue capri length womens small

Skechers womens size small I am considering these capri length (I am 5'9") worn once, personally think these would fit better on someone shorter please go by the measurements I cut the material tag out of them - I believe they were a spandex / nylon blend (they are stretchy) navy blue color at the bottom of the leg opening they have an open cut design so your leg shows through in the pattern (factory style)
