Skechers Size 9 White Elastic Closure

Skechers Little Girls Size 9 - White Leather with Blue, Orange, Lime, Pink, and Lavendar Sparkly Stripes on side, back side has two blue stars - Little Girls / Toddler Girls size 9 - Hook & Loop Closure with "elastic" "shoe strings" - Preowned - some slight marks on toes (See photos) - these do NOT Light up. They never did light up (as in not manufactured to light up, not that they stopped working)
