Skechers Mary Jane style mesh shoes size 9.5 Please see pictures

Skechers, Mary Jane Mike mesh shoes flats with Velcro strap I believe these are a 10 as I usually wear a 9 1/2 or a 10 therefore, I have included tape measurement and a video Please make sure this is the size you are looking for for some reason on this pair of sketchers. I cannot find a size. They were worn one time as you can see from the bottom, the stickers, etc., are still on it, but of course the size sticker is missing Also, there is a very tiny black spot on the one shoe as shown in the picture #8!
