Size XL running/walking shorts

Polyester running/walking/workout burnt orange shorts in excellent condition. Size XL. Black inner liner (see second photo) with 3 pockets: 1 on each side and one zippered in the back, plus one inside for keys. One tiny defect that I did not see when I bought them a few weeks ago (see third photo) is just above the logo on the left leg. My finger is there for size and perspective. The teeeny-tiny tear is about the size of a pin top. You can't see it unless you know it's there.
