Size M 8/10 fun semi-formal to casual "denim top" high low dress by Trixxi. Fun style not around anymore! Strapless top with very thin bust liners (like swim suits) and stretch back straps. Skirt is soft flowy chiffon in overlapping high-low style with liner underneath. NO issues noted. 100% washable, and was before listing. Skirt is very pretty light mint-y aqua. Pics may change it's color on your screen. Waist measures at 14" across so should fit 26-28" or small 30" waist. Department store brand.
