New without tags summer, casual dress by Emma & Michele. Back and white stripes with floral ruffled top that can be worn on or off the shoulder. The accent colors on the ruffle are blues and yellows. There are two side slash pockets. It hits just above the knee on my 5’4” frame. New without tags. Never worn.
