Size 9 women’s Steve Madden Kamora Boots

Brand new without tags or box. Size 9 women’s. Does have some white paint on the inside of the right boot. It looks like it could come off easily with some soap and water. I’m moving and don’t have time to see if it comes off. Price is reflected on this. There is an indent on one of the boots in the top. This is from not using them.
