Size 8 sweater from Peru

This size 8 sweater was bought over in Peru about 10 years ago by my mother in law. Though it reads as a size 8 it's more like a size 6x in America. Label says Dreamer Atr. and there is no liner so you see all the backing of the crochet work. Measurements without stretching are from Shoulder to cuff 12 1/2 inches. Shoulder to bottom 17 inches Arm pit to arm pit 14 1/2 inches
