Material is very shimmery and has some give, but not stretchy. Asymmetrical ruffling down the skirt in a flattering tummy covering style. Back zip w/ hook, skirt is lined with soft satiny material. Very popular style/design of hers over the years. This comes with NO jacket. Straps are adjustable. Nordstrom tag still on side. Never worn nor altered. This brand runs very generous for formal dresses - more like street clothes numbering. In formalwear we have it in size 8 area.
