These khakis are in good, gently used condition. I think my kiddo only wore these once or twice to church. Adjustable waist but the elastic is non-functioning on these. Perfect for kiddos with sensory sensitivities and don’t like things tight or who are just built like a block - like my kiddo was. Could also use safety pins to adjust the elastic strips.
