Size 4 Big Polka Dress by Trashy Diva

I cannot for the life of me remember the name of this dress but it is basically an Annette dress with a really cool skirt that looks like a pencil from the front but has pleats and fullness in the back. Big Polka pattern in classic blue and white. Comes with matching belt. This is not the later rayon version, but rather the cotton sateen version so it has some stretch. Some staining in under arms and a couple pulls, please see photos.
