Size 3 jeans that have bell bottoms , the waist is elastic, brand is tinsel town

These bell bottom jeans are in great condition I’ve only wore a few times, they are size 3 light blue jeans and the brand is tinsel town. They are not as long as they look I’m 5’4 and they fit good in length wise.
