Size 3 Toddly Winks Children's Shirt

This is a size 3 children's turtleneck. See pictures for normal wash and wear of the fabric. The left sleeve (at the bottom of the wrist, has a clean tear). I almost missed it because it really wasn't noticeable because it is at the back of the sleeve. It could be turned under if need be and sown. The shirt still has a lot of wear.
