lynnlcsw @littlebirdloves the top of the back has elastic, so unstretched is about 17, stretched probably up to 19. Waist is about 15.

lynnlcsw @littlebirdloves the waist doesn't have much stretch - I put it on this morning and I'm at 27" and have a few inches extra, but not more. So I would say 30" is the max. I attached a couple of pictures of the back - I think you can see that the top edge is elastic. Hope this helps!
