Sir Blouse from NYC

Sir brand silk blouse with beautiful details. Label does not say what it is made of but I think it is silk. Size medium but runs more like a small. It was made from a designer in NYC and I am not sure if she still makes clothing. Distressed hems and detailing (on purpose, not from wear).
