Singhai lager beer party shorts

Be the envy of all your guests in these party shorts! These are in OK condition and been to a few parties. There are a few spots ( see pictures) on them. There are no holes. Come from a smoke free home. Vintage 70s-80s shorts and they do not indicate a size. I’m going to say they are a men’s small-medium. Make me an offer!
