I can’t remember if there were any tags originally on this. None exist now so that it can be worn on either side. There’s one small hole on the top back that I do not believe was there at the time of purchase but it just assists in the “tattered” look! The hole is pictured showing it from both sides. It is about the size of a ball on a pin needle. Shirt has a lot of stretch and would fit a medium size as well. It’s also long.
