Is the fit true to size or more oversized?

@corriem5 I’m a true small and it fits me, but its a piece that is definitely not a fitted cut. Well, I’d say the shoulders and arms are, and then it opens upon the way down. The fabric is also stretchy, so that makes the siZe a bit flexible, even in the arms.
