Sincerely Jules Sweater SZ SM NWT. Measures 19” in length from shoulder to bottom of hem. Bust measures 18” from armpit to armpit laying flat. Sleeve ends flare out and measure 8” at the ends. There are 6 buttons that close with an elastic loop design on the sleeves that are beautiful clear shiny crystals. The sweater is a deep Teal Blue Color. 97% Polyester and 3% Spandex. The material feels very nice and substantial.
