Simply Vera Wang Size 6 Heel Pumps Tassled black white beaded shoes 4 1/2" GUC

Simply Vera by Vera Wang Women's Shoes Size 6 Medium, Pumps/Heels in black and white with beaded tassels. The high heel is 4 1/2". The outer is tweed-like fabric. These have been pre-owned and worn, and there are a couple of scuffs on the heels shown in photos. This looks easily repairable with some black shoe polish!!
